What currency are the prices in on the site?
All prices are in Euro.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to ship items promptly. Please allow a production time of 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Tracking numbers will be updated 3–5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at r3ceivedcustomer@gmail.com.
Note: The products may look slightly different in real life compared to the images on the webshop.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location since we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs, local postal delays, or high seasonal demand).
Shipping: Risk of Loss
- All products are carefully packed before shipping. Once the package is handed over to the courier, R3CEIVED is not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs.
- R3ceived reserves the right to send an order in more than one shipment at no extra cost to you.
- The delivery period is a maximum of 30 working days. If your order is expected to take longer than the estimated delivery time, we will notify you by email straight away.
- International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or local taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
I am not satisfied with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged, you have 14 days to send it back to us for a refund. However, please note that before sending it back, you must contact our customer service for confirmation and instructions. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the product and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will process a refund for the purchase amount. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.
Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in the same condition as when we delivered it, with no signs of use or damage by the customer. If the product does not meet these criteria or if it is returned without prior confirmation, it will be ineligible for a refund.
Important Notes
- If your package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the return process. Please contact our customer service for guidance.
- In the event that a package is lost after leaving our premises and is not delivered to your door, R3ceived is not responsible for such incidents. We will, however, do our best to assist you.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive, contact our customer service for confirmation, and then return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, please use our return process to initiate a refund.
I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?
If you've entered an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. If the address is incorrect and it has been more than 24 hours since placing your order, we will do our best to find a solution. However, if the package has already been shipped, we cannot take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
