I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to ship items promptly. Please allow a production time of 3-5 days for your order to be prepared before shipping. Average shipping times are 3-5 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at r3ceivedcustomer@gmail.com.

I am not satisfied with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged, you have 14 days to send it back to us for a refund. However, please note that before sending it back, you must contact our customer service for confirmation and instructions. You are responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense. Once we receive the product and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will process a refund for the purchase amount. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in the same condition as when we delivered it, with no signs of use or damage by the customer. If the product does not meet these criteria or if it is returned without prior confirmation, it will be ineligible for a refund.

Important Notes

  • If your package is already in transit, we cannot guarantee the outcome of the return process. Please contact our customer service for guidance.
  • In the event that a package is lost after leaving our premises and is not delivered to your door, we cannot accept responsibility for such incidents.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive, contact our customer service for confirmation, and then return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty as long as it hasn't shipped yet. If the item has already been sent, please use our easy return system to initiate a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?
If you've misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email to confirm. If you discover that the address provided is incorrect, after 24 hours of incorrect submission  We will try to find a solution we will do our best! but if the package is already gone we can't do much about it we don't take the responsibility if you wrote a wrong address.
Note: If a package is lost by the shipping agency we will try to help you as much as we can , but the company R3ceived is not responsible for the lost!

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location since we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers. On average, shipping takes 3-5 business days.

Shipping: Risk of Loss

  • We ship the products in Europe. The delivery time involves around three to five working days. The delivery times are analytic and not a deadline.
  • The delivery period of the product is a highest of thirty (30) working days or so much shorter than is fixed in the conformity between the client and the company. In case the delivery period exceeds by R3ceived because of any reason, the company will notify the client in writing straight away.
  • R3ceived reserves the right to formulate fractional deliveries to the client, so that an order is sent in more than one shipment.
  • The products are packed properly and shipped carefully. Handling and Shipping charges are added and the customer has to pay the price. Keep in mind the shipping dates are estimates only. The clients need to pay directly for the services from the website. They can also select the afterpay option and make the payment by following the law of the after-payment service.
